Detoxing Fibromyalgia – Part 7

feet1

This will be the last post on this subject for a bit (I know, I know, how can I stop on 7? it’s so not an even number). I’ll touch on them later, but I’ve got a schedule of things to do for a while. And I’m running out of new things to say about them.

So here’s my foot the morning after. Slimy, ain’t it? And the water (which I wasn’t wasting, but warming up) looks pretty cool, too. I use a little warm water and my hand to get that brown stuff and the stickiness off. The hardest part is when the gunk gets down in the wrinkles of the bottom of your feet. You have to really rub your finger in there to get it all out. The smell doesn’t come off so easy, but since I don’t go around sniffing my feet, it doesn’t bother me.

I’m almost out of my 20pack that I ordered, but I intended to get some more. And yes, if you counted back when I said I ordered them, you’ll find I should have ran out a week or so ago. I don’t always remember to strap them on religiously every other night.

I’m anxious to see how I keep doing on them. My energy still feels good, but they don’t seem to be lessening the pain in my knees that much more than initially. I’m also curious of my doctors thoughts when I mention them at my next appointment. She’s always seemed open-minded, so we’ll see!

How are ya’ll doing? Feeling better? Getting a burst of energy for the coming holidays? Anybody else got any animal print pj.’s? Yes, that is a Mr. Potato Head above my big toe.
