News! News! News!

It seems like I have a lot to update here. Since I’m getting sick, this makes for an easy post. 😀

First up! I turned in the last Roughneck book last night. I’m done in Apple Trail. That was…it. It was strange. And weird, but exciting too because I know I have lots of great new stories I can’t wait to get out there. Look for Rough Tumble around mid-November.

Coming sooner than that is my first self-pub book. Let me just get this part out of the way—EEK! A big EEK too. Bigger than what these word fonts will allow me. Well, maybe…*diddles with fonts in wp to see*

oh, look at that. Anyway, why am I eeking? Nervous, excited, nervous, and yeah, a little bit scared. I’ve read and studied a lot to make sure I got this thing the best I could. I had three awesome editors get their hands on it plus…counting…6? authors/readers take a look at it. And my husband is proofreading it for me right now. What do you think?

(ps, I don’t know why this cover is huge. I shrank it in wordpress, but when it posted…yeah, monster size)

Some call her a killer.
Others call her a hero.

Lexie Olympia calls herself neither. She’s getting the job done because she can. A beloved philanthropist by day who’s nicknamed Melville’s Sweetheart, Lexie has the city wrapped around her little finger. Having been a victim in the past, left behind with the killer still on the loose, Lexie knows what it’s like to live with that fear. Instead of biting her nails over it, she takes action. Drug lords, gang leaders, con artists, kidnappers, serial killers, anyone who leaves behind innocent victims are marked on Lexie’s list.

Local Private Investigator Clayton Addison finds there’s more to Lexie than meets the eye. Sweet on the outside, dark secrets that he’s uncovered underneath. Now that he knows what she’s hiding from the rest of the world, Clayton has to wonder if his time is ticking.

Like it? Lot of mystery, action, adventure, deceit and of course, a dash of romance. Add it to your Goodreads shelf for me. For every 10people who add it there, I’ll give away a free copy to one of you until the book releases October 16.

And finally—VERY excited to be signing in Ruston, Louisiana on October 4! Liz Talley will be there…and another name you’ll be seeing here on Little Romance very soon! If you’re in the area, I hope you’ll stop by and join us! I’ll be signing Apple Trail Vol 1 (includes Through The Wall, On The Fence, and In The Hay) and Rough Ride. We’ll be at the …
