January 14, 2014
I’m still in a bit of shock that it’s 2014.
I was so busy over Christmas writing to make my January 15th deadline (which I did a week early btw) that when I finally stopped I realized we’re halfway through the first month.
I’m so not ready.
I have so much on the go for 2014. I have a release January 22nd from Ellora’s Cave, it’s my third bear shifter book titled Wild Release.
Then February 1st I have my second Harlequin Medical releasing, plus a big blog tour which means lots of reviews for Melting the Ice Queen’s Heart.
I have to say, I’m kind of nervous about my second book releasing with Medicals than I am my first. Stupid second book syndrome.
I’m also planning for Romantic Times in May. It’s my first time going to a Romantic Times convention, so that has me nervous. I can be extremely shy and lots of people make me nervous. Also I’m driving to New Orleans. It’s only 17 hrs. ACK! I feel so unprepared for it.
I also have a bunch more books to write that are actually contracted and ones that I would like to write, but aren’t. Contracted comes first, which means more writing for me. I’m hoping I can really commit and do 2k a day. Also in between that, walking at least 10,000 steps a day.
Am I making your mind whirl yet? 😉
I’m still reeling a bit. I feel a little off kilter and it’s only January.
So how’s your 2014 shaping out so far?
